Summary of Work Performed this week: 10/17/2009

| Monday, 10-12-09, MFCC operators worked relocating the stockpile of spoils from the
Administration building area. Carpenters continued to work the installation of forms for the
U.V. channels. Laborers worked dewatering the Aeration Basin and plant site. Pipefitters
began installing the 8-inch underdrain piping on the north side of the Filter building.
Carpenters began removing the forms and shoring for the C-pass wall beams. Carpenters
worked installing shoring and formwork for the Aeration trough to Clarifier. Carpenters
began installing shoring and forms for the B-pass wall beams. |
| Tuesday, 10-13-09, MFCC crews reported for work but due to heavy rains, the project was shut down and no measurable production was performed. |
| Wednesday, 10-14-09, MFCC operators completed relocating the stockpile of spoils from
the Administration building. Carpenters continued to work the installation of forms for the
interior U.V. channels. Laborers worked dewatering the Aeration Basin and plant site.
Pipefitters continued installing the 8-inch underdrain piping on the north side of the Filter
building. The underdrain system is working as designed and flooding the excavation. The
finishers placed 8yds of concrete for the B-pass tie beams. Carpenters worked installing
shoring and formwork for the Aeration trough to Clarifier. The finishers placed 87yds. |
| Thursday, 10-15-09, MFCC operators worked grading the Administration building area.
Carpenters continued to work the installation of forms for the interior U.V. channels. Laborers
worked dewatering the Aeration basin and plant site. Pipefitters set the top on the Drain
pump station. The carpenters began installing formwork for the southeast Aeration upper
jumper walls. Carpenters completed installing shoring and formwork for the Aeration trough
to Clarifier. The finishers worked cleaning and patching the upper Aeration Basin walls. |
| Friday, 10-16-09, MFCC operators worked cleaning and organizing the lay-down yard.
Carpenters continued to work the installation of forms for the interior U.V. channels. Laborers
continued dewatering the Aeration Basin and plant site. Carpenters continued to remove
form and shoring for the C-pass beams and relocate to the A-pass beam area. The carpenters
continued installing formwork for the southeast Aeration upper jumper walls on the east and
south wall. Carpenters assisted the rod busters installing the rebar for the Aeration Basin
outfall. The finishers worked cleaning and patching the upper Aeration Basin walls. |

Electrique Corporation: Subcontractor
Workforce/Manpower: 1 Superintendent, 1 Foreman, 2 Helpers
E.C. worked all week installing conduits for lighting and receptacles in the Odor Control
building. |
Midwest Coatings: Subcontractor
Workforce/Manpower: 1 Superintendant, 1 Foreman, 1 Painter
Midwest Coatings worked removing tape and plastic wrapping from the Odor Control
building steel. They relocated to the Headworks building and have begun priming the
interior CMU walls. |
DMG Masonry: Subcontractor
Workforce/Manpower: 1 Superintendant, 2 Foremen, 10 Masons
DMG worked power washing the brick veneer on the north side of the Headworks building.
They have completed installing the brick veneer for the Headworks north face of the building
and started on the east and west ends installing the veneer. |
