S&J Construction continued to relocate the 8-inch waterline to provide necessary clearance with the 36-inch effluent line. The installation was within CAW specifications. Billy Otts, CAW, made several visits to the site and was satisfied with the Contractor’s installation. The pipeline has been completed to Station 230+55 and lacks approximately 400-feet to completing the pipe installation. No service connections or testing have been completed.
