Workforce/Manpower: 1 Superintendent, 4 Foremen, 5 Operators, 10 Carpenters, 3
Pipefitters, 11 Carpenter Helpers, 11 Laborers
Max Foote Construction Co. worked a five day work week.

Monday, 11-02-09,
MFCC finishers continued cleaning and patching the upper Aeration Basin
walls. Carpenters removed exterior forms from the U.V. channel walls. Carpenters began
installing forms for the south A-pass strut beams. Carpenters continued to install wall forms
for the Aeration Basin outfall box. Operators continued excavating MH-1 discharge piping at
the Administration building. Carpenters continued installing shoring package for the Clarifier
drive deck. Operators began removing spoils from the wall-A area and backfilling the road in
front of the Headworks building.

Tuesday, 11-03-09,
MFCC finishers continued cleaning and patching the upper Aeration Basin
walls. Finishers placed 4.5yds of concrete for the south A-pass strut beams. Carpenters
continued installing wall forms for the Aeration Basin outfall box. Operators continued
excavating MH-1 discharge piping at the Administration building. Carpenters continued
installing shoring package for the Clarifier deck. Finishers placed 17yds of concrete for the
northeast upper Aeration Basin jumper wall. Field test were conducted; A/E= 4.6, SL=6-inch,
Temp=72 degrees

Wednesday, 11-04-09,
MFCC finishers continued cleaning and patching the upper Aeration
Basin walls. Carpenters continued installing forms for the south A-pass strut beams.
Carpenters completed installation of wall forms for the Aeration outfall box. Operators
continued excavating MH-1 discharge piping at the Administration building. Carpenters
continued installing the shoring package for the Clarifier deck. Finishers placed 40yds of
concrete for the Aeration Basin outfall box. Field test were conducted; A/E=4.5, SL=2-inch,

Thursday, 11-05-09,
MFCC finishers continued cleaning and patching the upper Aeration Basin
walls. Carpenters completed placement of the south A-pass strut beams. Carpenters worked
installing gang forms for the upper RAS stairwell walls. Operators continued excavating
MH-1 discharge piping at the Administration building. Solid rock has been encountered and
excavation is slow. Carpenters continued installing the shoring package for the Clarifier drive
deck. Carpenters began removing gang forms from the completed east side jumper walls.

Friday, 11-06-09,
MFCC finishers continued cleaning and patching the upper Aeration Basin
walls. Carpenters began removing forms from the south D-pass strut beams. Carpenters
completed installing gang forms for the upper RAS stairwell walls. Operators continued
excavating MH-1 discharge piping at the Administration building. Carpenters continued
installing the shoring package for the Clarifier drive deck. Carpenters continued removing
gang forms from the completed east side jumper walls. Carpenters began installing forms for
the east RAS jumper wall. Finishers poured the upper RAS stairwell wall. Finishers poured
the effluent Aeration and RAS divider wall.

E.C. worked all week installing conduits for lighting and receptacles in the Odor Control
building.

Workforce/Manpower: 1 Superintendant, 1 Foreman, 1 Painter
Midwest Coatings continued priming and painting the interior CMU walls of the Headworks
building.

Jocon Incorporated Building Erectors: Subcontractor
Workforce/Manpower: 1 Superintendant, 1 Foreman, 5 Ironworkers
Jocon Inc. worked erecting the structural steel for the Blower building.

DMG Masonry: Subcontractor
Workforce/Manpower: 1 Superintendant, 2 Foremen, 10 Masons
DMG continued installing the brick veneer for the west wall of the Headworks building.
They continued installing the veneer for the Odor Control building chimney stack. They are
95%complete with the block installation at the Filter building.
