restoration activities were performed at East Pinnacle Road with contour reshaping, clean up,
and silt fence repair taking place. The pipeline crew will begin mobilization to the Hatcher
property on Monday, November 9th, 2009.
GHBW performed compaction testing on the ROW between Station 23+00 and Station
11+00 with all test passing. A formal report will be issued.
The utility crew worked around Station 155+00, west of the LMPS. The crew performed
some small clearing and silt fencing. Several loads of #67 stone were delivered using the
LMPS access along with manhole shipments. Surveying crewmen began the layout of the
gravity sewer line and the four barrel pipeline. The utility crew continued with stabilization efforts from
Station 32+00 through Station 54+00 by seeding, fertilizing, and mulching.
Harvey Jordan, Arkansas State Park Construction Inspector, made a walk through on the
area within Pinnacle Mountain State Park. The restoration efforts in the area are pleasing to
Mr. Jordan. The remainder of the logs from the clearing of the ROW that have been
stockpiled within the State Park area must be removed. This is required by the State Park and
