MFCC: General Contractor
Workforce/Manpower:
1 Superintendent, 4 Foremen, 5 Operators, 10 Carpenters, 3 Pipefitters, 11 Carpenter Helpers, 11 Laborers Max Foote Construction Co. worked a five day work week.
Monday, 11-09-09,
MFCC finishers continued cleaning and patching the upper Aeration Basin walls. Carpenters completed removing forms from the south D-pass strut beams. Carpenters completed installing gang forms for the upper RAS stairwell walls. Operators continued excavating MH-3 discharge piping east to the Headworks building. Carpenters continued installing shoring package for the Clarifier deck. Carpenters completed removing gang forms from the completed east side jumper walls. Carpenters began installing forms for the east RAS room jumper walls. Carpenters began removing the north gang forms from the Aeration Basin outfall box.
Tuesday, 11-10-09,
MFCC finishers continued cleaning and patching the upper Aeration Basin walls. Carpenters began installing the plate embeds for the Clarifier drives. Carpenters and operators worked backfill and grading around the U.V. structure. Operators continued excavating MH-3 discharge piping east to the Headworks building. Carpenters continued installing shoring package for the Clarifier deck. Operators worked entrance road grading and cleanup around the Administration area. Carpenters continued installing forms for the east RAS room jumper walls. Carpenters continued removing the north gang forms from the Aeration Basin outfall box.
Wednesday, 11-11-09,
MFCC finishers continued cleaning and patching the upper Aeration Basin walls. Carpenters continued installing the plate imbeds for the Clarifier drives. Carpenters and operators demobilized unused gang and structural forms. Operators continued excavating MH-3 discharge piping east to the Headworks building. Carpenters continued installing decking and forms for the Clarifier drive deck. Carpenters began installing jumper gang forms for the southwest Aeration Basin wall. Carpenters continued installing forms for the east RAS room jumper walls. Carpenters continued removing the north gang forms from the Aeration Basin outfall box.
Thursday, 11-12-09,
MFCC Finishers continued cleaning and patching the upper Aeration Basin walls. Carpenters continued installing the plate embeds for the Clarifier drives. Carpenters and operators continued demobilizing unused gang and structural formwork. Laborers continued backfilling the south end of the U.V. building. Carpenters continued installing decking and forms for the Clarifier deck. Carpenters continued removing gang forms from the Aeration Basin outfall box. Carpenters continued installing gang forms for the east RAS room jumper walls.
Friday, 11-13-09,
MFCC finishers continued cleaning and patching the upper Aeration Basin walls. Carpenters completed installing the plate embeds for the Clarifier drives. Carpenters and laborers worked cleaning the RAS room basement area. Laborers continued backfilling the south end of the U.V. building area. Carpenters completed installing decking and formwork for the Clarifier deck. The rod busters are scheduled to install rebar for the deck 11/16/09. Carpenters completed removing the north gang forms from the Aeration Basin outfall box. Carpenters continued installing forms for the east RAS room jumper walls. Operators and pipefitters continued installing MH-3 drain piping the Headworks.
Electrique Corporation: Subcontractor
Workforce/Manpower: 1 Superintendent, 1 Foreman, 2 Helpers
E.C. worked all week installing conduits for lighting and receptacles in the Odor Control building.
Midwest Coatings: Subcontractor
Workforce/Manpower: 1 Superintendant, 1 Foreman, 1 Painter
Midwest Coatings continued priming and painting the interior CMU walls of the Headworks building.
Jocon Incorporated Building Erectors: Subcontractor
Workforce/Manpower: 1 Superintendant, 1 Foreman, 5 Ironworkers
Jocon Inc. worked erecting the structural steel for the Blower building and installing the soffits for the Odor Control building.
DMG Masonry: Subcontractor
Workforce/Manpower: 1 Superintendant, 2 Foremen, 10 Masons
DMG completed installing the CMU block for the west wall of the Headworks building. They completed installing the veneer for the Odor Control building chimney stack. They completed the block installation at the Filter building and veneer on the west wall.
Henley Construction: Subcontractor
Workforce/Manpower: 1 Superintendant, 1 Foreman, 3 Masons
Henley worked installing the east end of wall-B up to course 4.
