MFCC: General Contractor
Workforce/Manpower: 1 Superintendent, 4 Foremen, 5 Operators, 10 Carpenters, 3
Pipefitters, 11 Carpenter Helpers, 11 Laborers
Max Foote Construction Co. worked a six day work week.

Monday, 11-16-09,
MFCC finishers continued cleaning and patching the upper Aeration
Basin walls. Carpenters helped the rod busters install steel for the Clarifier deck. Carpenters
and labors worked cleaning the RAS room basement area. Carpenters continued to install
gang forms for the southwest Aeration jumper walls. Carpenters continued installing forms
for the north RAS to Clarifier deck jumper walls. Operators and pipefitters continued
installing MH-4 and MH-5 with drain piping in front of the Headworks building.

Tuesday, 11-17-09,
MFCC finishers continued cleaning and patching the upper Aeration
Basin walls. Carpenters continued to help the rod busters install steel for the Clarifier deck.
Operators began excavating the south footing of the Administration building. Finishers
placed 40yds of concrete for the southwest corner of the Aeration jumper walls. Carpenters
continued installing forms for the north RAS to Clarifier deck jumper walls. Operators and
pipefitters continued installing MH-4 and MH-5 with drain piping in front of the Headworks
building. Carpenters began installing gang forms for the south wall of the Aeration Basin up
to the splitter box area.

Wednesday, 11-18-09,
MFCC finishers continued cleaning and patching the upper
Aeration Basin walls. Carpenters continued to help the electricians install conduits for the
Clarifier deck. Operators continued excavating the south footing of the Administration
building. Carpenters worked preparing column bases for the Blower building generator
room. Carpenters continued installing forms for the north RAS to Clarifier jumper walls.
Operators and pipefitters completed installing MH-4 and MH-5 with drain piping in front of
the Headworks building. Carpenters completed installing gang forms for the south wall of the
Aeration Basin up to the splitter box area. They have also begun demobilizing unused gang
forms.

Thursday, 11-19-09,
MFCC finishers continued cleaning and patching the upper Aeration
Basin walls. Carpenters continued to help the electricians install conduits for the Clarifier
deck. Operators continued excavating and compaction of the Administration building
footing. Carpenters worked preparing column bases for the Blower building footing.
Carpenters continued installing forms for the RAS to Clarifier deck jumper walls. Laborers
excavated and compacted for the U.V. wall footings. All compaction tests were within
specifications. Carpenters completed installing gang forms for the south wall of the Aeration
Basin up to the splitter box area. Laborers placed rebar to prepare for the Clarifier deck pour.

Friday, 11-20-09,
MFCC finishers continued cleaning and patching the upper Aeration
Basin walls. Operators continued excavation and compaction of the Administration building
footing. Laborers began layout and placement of forms at the Administration building
footing. Carpenters worked preparing column bases for the Blower building generator room.
Carpenters began installing gang forms for the southwest wall of the Aeration Basin. Laborers
began installing forms for the U.V. building footings. Finishers placed 70yds of concrete for
the Clarifier deck. Field tests were conducted; A/E=4.6, Temp=65 degrees, SL=4-inch

Saturday, 11-21-09,
MFCC Operators placed 6-inch drain line from the Odor Control
building to MH-6. Operators placed 12-inch drain line from MH-5 to MH-6.

Electrique Corporation: Subcontractor
Workforce/Manpower: 1 Superintendent, 1 Foreman, 2 Helpers
E.C. worked installing conduits for lighting and receptacles in the Odor Control building.
They completed the in slab conduits for the Clarifier deck.

Midwest Coatings: Subcontractor
Workforce/Manpower: 1 Superintendant, 1 Foreman, 1 Painter
Midwest Coatings continued priming and painting the interior CMU walls of the Headwork’s
building.

Jocon Incorporated Building Erectors: Subcontractor
Workforce/Manpower: 1 Superintendant, 1 Foreman, 5 Ironworkers
Jocon Inc. worked erecting the structural steel for the Blower building and installing the
soffits for the Odor Control building.

DMG Masonry: Subcontractor
Workforce/Manpower: 1 Superintendant, 2 Foremen, 10 Masons
DMG completed installing the CMU block for the west wall of the Headwork’s building. They
completed installing the veneer for the Odor Control building chimney stack. They completed
the block and veneer installation at the Filter building.

Henley Construction: Subcontractor
Workforce/Manpower: 1 Superintendant, 1 Foreman, 3 Masons
Henley worked installing the east end of wall-B up to course 12.
