Carson & Associates, Inc.: General Contractor
Carson & Associated oversaw work listed below. The Contractor completed placement of SB2 around HVAC footing and compacted for new sidewalk and asphalt. C&A placed formwork and reinforcement for sidewalk between the Generator and HVAC slabs, laid out the location of the concrete drain basin on the south end of site, and compacted SB2 for Trash Bin Equipment Slab subgrade. C&A worked in coordination with Harvill Byrd for remaining excavation for site electrical to Metering Station and Pig Station, and backfilled.

Harvill Byrd: Subcontractor
Harvill Byrd continued connection of power to new Kohler Generator, and began connection of power to HVAC units. HB completed fabrication and placement of site electrical to Metering Station and Pig Station, and poured 4000921 for ductwork at Metering Station. Harvill Byrd continued fabrication of site electrical to Electric Actuated 24-inch Plug Valve Electric Utility Vault and to Bar Screen/Conveyor Control Panel.

Howell Utility: Subcontractor
On Monday, Howell Utility began the testing for the 36-inch DIP, both 18-inch DIP starting from the west end to the Electric Actuated Plug Valves in the Metering Station, and the 8-inch to the Gate Valve installed between the Pig Station and the 24-inch to 8-inch Reducing DIP Tee. On Tuesday, Howell Utility made minor preparations to prepare for testing DIP FM. The testing for both 18-inch DIP starting from the west end to the Electric Actuated Plug Valves in the Metering Station, and the 8-inch to the Gate Valve installed between the Pig Station and the 24-inch to 8-inch Reducing DIP Tee have passed within the specifications. HU began layout and fabricating 24-inch DIP from existing Flow Meter Manhole to Valve Vault. On Thursday, Howell Utility tested the 36-inch DIP FM and passed within specifications. HU began excavation of the existing 24-inch and 18-inch DIP to wet well.

Covington Roofing and Sheetmetal: Subcontractor
Covington Roofing and Sheetmetal began removing existing roofing. All existing decking is in good condition. Covington began installing new membrane roofing. All roofing has been temporarily protected.

Target Iron Works: Subcontractor
Personnel welded L3x3¼ additional framing as noted on Drawing S-6 at specified locations in the new Electrical Room for HVAC Duct.
