Summary of Work Performed this week: 09/19/2009
Max Foote Construction Co. (MFCC) worked a five day work week.
|

Monday, 9-14-09,MFCC carpenters continued installing wall forms for the U.V. building
influent box. The operators and pipefitters continued excavation and installation of the 30-
inch U.V. effluent piping heading east of the property line with 100-feet installed complete.
The carpenters began removing gang forms from the C-D pass center beams. The finishers
continued cleaning and patching the upper Aeration Basin walls. The carpenters continued
installing shoring and forms for the east Scum skimmer slab. The carpenters installed the
access hatches for the west Scum trough boxes. The carpenters continued removing all
unused gang forms from the Aeration Basin walls. The operators and labor crews worked
clean-up of the Aeration Basin floors.

Tuesday, 9-15-09,
MFCC worked 2.5 hours. The carpenters worked job wide clean-up. The
operators and pipefitters worked moving unused forms to the lay-down yard. No measurable
productivity was performed today.

Wednesday, 9-16-09,
MFCC carpenters completed sealing the curb inlets on the private road.

Thursday, 9-17-09, MFCC carpenters and operators worked dewatering all areas of the plant.

Friday, 9-18-09,
MFCC carpenters and laborers worked dewatering all areas of the plant. The
finishers placed 40yds of concrete for the south C-D pass wall. The field tests on concrete
were conducted. The pipefitters installed the 30-inch influent pipe spool to the U.V. influent box. This piping completes the interconnecting system between structures.
The carpenters installed the aluminum hatches and embeds for the west Scum box. The carpenters installed wall dowels for the block layers at the Headworks.

Saturday, 9-19-09, MFCC carpenters and laborers worked dewatering all areas of the plant.
The finishers poured 38yds of concrete for the Aeration Basin C-D pass south wall to the top
of wall. The pipefitters installed the 6-inch drain with mud valve stub-ups for the U.V.
building influent box and the finishers placed a 2yd encasement around the pipe. The
carpenters began removing formwork from the west Scum box. The carpenters began
installing shoring and decking for the Aeration Basin D-pass beams. The laborers began backfilling and compacting the 30-inch influent piping at the U.V. building. |

Electrique Corporation: Subcontractor
E.C. completed installing the breaker cabinets for the Odor Control MCC room. E.C. did not
perform any more measurable work this week. |
Jocon Incorporated Building Erectors: Subcontractor
Jocon received and staged the Filter building steel. |
Midwest Coatings: Subcontractor
Midwest Coatings continued priming the interior of the Odor Control building walls. |
DMG Masonry: Subcontractor
DMG continued installing the brick veneer to the north face of the Odor Control building. DMG also continued installing CMU for the Headworks north and west walls |
Henley Construction: Subcontractor
Henley completed installing 13 course levels for wall-A behind the Admin building. The
installation is complete with SB-2 backfill and all required density testing completed per
specification. |
