Summary of Work Performed this week: 09/26/2009
Max Foote Construction Co. (MFCC) worked a five day work week.

Monday, 9-21-09, MFCC carpenters completed removing gang forms from the C-D pass
wall. The labor crew began backfilling the U.V. channel floor base to the influent channel. The
pipefitters began installing the 30 inch plant influent piping from the Entergy easement. The
carpenters completed cleaning and removing formwork for the west Scum box. The
carpenters continued installing decking for the Aeration Basin D-pass beams. The finishers
continued to patch and repair the upper Aeration Basin walls.

Tuesday, 9-22-09, MFCC carpenters began installing the upper forms for the U.V. building
influent box. The operators began excavating the east end of retaining wall-A. The pipefitters
continued installing the 30-inch plant influent piping north of the U.V. building. The
carpenters completed the sub-grade for the U.V. building influent channels. They have begun
installing the perimeter forms for the channels. The carpenters resumed removing unused
gang forms in the Aeration Basin. The finishers continued to patch and repair the upper
Aeration Basin walls. The carpenters began installing gang forms for the south A-pass wall.
Note: Site is very muddy and work activities were slow. |

Wednesday, 9-23-09, MFCC carpenters continued installing the upper forms for the U.V.
building influent box. The operators completed excavating the east end of retaining wall-A.
The pipefitters continued fabricating the 30-inch pipe spools for the influent piping. The
carpenters continued installing the perimeter forms for the U.V. channels. The finishers
placed 75yds of concrete for the south Aeration A-pass wall. The finishers placed 14yds of concrete for the Influent mag-meter vault foundation. Note: Site is very muddy and work activities were slow. |

Thursday, 9-24-09, MFCC fence contractor on the private road has completed post erection
and have begun installing the horizontal railing. The operators built an access road on the
west end of the retaining wall for the subcontractor. The pipefitters continued fabricating the
30-inch pipe spools for the influent piping. The carpenters continued installing the perimeter
forms for the U.V. channels. The labor crew started cleaning and removing all materials from
the Aeration Basin. The finishers continued to patch and repair the upper Aeration Basin
walls. The carpenters worked installing gang forms for the north A-B pass walls. These walls
are the tie-in to the RAS room walls for the Bypass system. The carpenters installed Weir gate
block-outs for the Aeration outfall to the collection channel.

Friday, 9-25-09, MFCC fence contractor on the private road has completed the fence. The
operators worked grading and cleaning the muddy areas of the plant. The pipefitters
continued fabricating the 30-inch pipe spools for the influent piping. The carpenters
continued installing perimeter forms for the U.V. channels. The labor crews continued
cleaning and removing materials from the Aeration Basin. The carpenters worked installing the structural
overhead door jams for the Odor Control building. The carpenters continued working
installation of the Weir gate block-outs for the Aeration outfall to the collection channel.

Electrique Corporation: Subcontractor E.C. worked installing under slab conduits for the U.V. building influent channels. |

Jocon Incorporated Building Erectors: Subcontractor
Jocon worked all week erecting the Filter building steel. |
Midwest Coatings: Subcontractor Midwest Coatings continued priming and painting the interior of the Odor Control building walls. |
DMG Masonry: Subcontractor DMG completed installing the brick veneer to the north face of the Odor Control building.
They also continued installing CMU for the Headworks north and east walls. |
Henley Construction: Subcontractor Henley completed installing 17 course levels for wall-A and started installing wall-B behind
the Admin building. The installation is complete with SB-2 backfill and all required density
testing completed per specification. |
