Your Little Rock Wastewater provides several functions along
with multiple layers of services within each.
The Administration & Community Relations department (ACR) trains
LRW employees on state and federal regulations intended to
keep employees injury free. ACR also conducts facility and
jobsite inspections to ensure that we remain compliant with
Arkansas Department of Labor and OSHA standards.
Through extensive employee training and education in the past
decade, ACR has helped reduce on-the-job accidents, reduced
workers compensation costs and educated an estimated 18,000
employees on health and safety issues.
The health and safety of our employees is top priority at
LRW, where we recognize that teamwork is vital to ensure that
all employees remain accident free.
