Andrew Harper
joined the Sewer Committee in 2006, bringing with him a command of financial oversight as he
has served in various roles in the local banking industry, currently working at Summit Bank as Senior Vice
President of Commercial Banking. He began his banking career at Bank of America taking on various roles
including Vice President of Treasury Management Sales Officer; Vice President/Regional Service Manger; and
Assistant Vice President/Banking Center Manager. Harper was also a Senior Vice President at the Bank of the
Ozarks. As a community leader, Harper is a former member of the Arkansas Prostate Cancer Foundation Board of
Directors; former member of the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arkansas; and currently a member
of the Rotary Club of Little Rock Board of Directors. He presently serves on the Leadership Greater Little Rock
Alumni Board of Directors and the Board of Positive Atmosphere Reaches Kids (P.A.R.K.). In 2004 he was named in the
Arkansas Business as a "40 Under 40".
