  AMCO PPO, Delta Dental, and CareMark plans with choice of coverage level – employee only and employee plus family. High and no deductible options. There is no specific vision provider.
   
• Holidays:

  Hours for vacation, personal time, illness, funeral, etc. is based on length of service as follows (1 day equals 8 hours):

Retirement Plans

• Arkansas Public Employees Retirement System. Defined benefit. Vested at 5 years. Mandatory employee contribution of 5% tax-deferred if hired after July 1st, 2005. Employee contributes separately.
   
• 401(a) Money Purchase Plans. Eligible after 5 years of employment.
   
• 457 Deferred Compensation Plans. Supplemental pre-tax plan. Funded entirely by employee.
   
• Roth IRA Plans. After-tax plan where earnings accumulate tax-free. Funded entirely by employee.
