  • Holidays:

  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

    Hours for vacation, personal time, illness, funeral, etc. is based on length of service as follows (1 day equals 8 hours):

    0-1 years 18 days
    1-5 years 20 days
    6-15 years 25 days
    16-25 years 30 days
    25+ years 35 days

Retirement Plans

  • Arkansas Public Employees Retirement System. Defined benefit. Vested at 5 years. Mandatory employee contribution of 5% tax-deferred if hired after July 1st, 2005. Employee contributes separately.
     
  • 401(a) Money Purchase Plans. Eligible after 5 years of employment.
     
  • 457 Deferred Compensation Plans. Supplemental pre-tax plan. Funded entirely by employee.
     
  • Roth IRA Plans. After-tax plan where earnings accumulate tax-free. Funded entirely by employee.
