Retirement Plans
- Arkansas Public Employees Retirement System. Defined
benefit. We contributes 12.54%. Vested at 5 years. Mandatory employee contribution
of 5% tax-deferred if hired after July 1st, 2005.
- 401(a) Money Purchase Plans. Supplemental pre-tax
retirement. Vested at 5 years. Funded by employee/employer
match based on years of service.
- 457 Deferred Compensation Plans. Supplemental pre-tax
plan. Funded entirely by employee.
- Roth IRA Plans. After-tax plan where earnings accumulate
tax-free. Funded entirely by employee.
