Thank you for taking an interest in the wastewater treatment process. We at Little Rock Wastewater are happy to be an educational partner in your quest for knowledge.

Prior to coming to visit our facility, please review these simple guidelines to ensure the safety and enjoyment of your visit to the treatment plant.

  1. Tours must be requested at least two weeks prior to the visit.
  2. Visitors are restricted to no more than thirty (30) at one time.
  3. Visitors must be at least 15 years old or in the tenth grade.
  4. All visitors must wear shoes with the toes enclosed.
  5. Visitors will not be allowed into the laboratory facilities, chlorine building, or engine building.
  6. Tours after 5 p.m. are acceptable, but are limited to week days.
  7. Visitors will be accompanied by a Utility representative at all times while on the facility grounds.

At any given point these points are apt to change with regard to the safety of the visitors and/or the Little Rock Wastewater staff. If visitors do not obey the rules and regulations set forth by our staff and policy procedures, then the visitors will be asked to leave and will be escorted off the facility premises.
