46.25% Collection
About 46 percent of the money is used for maintenance of facilities such as pipes, pump stations and other tools used to transport wastewater.

23.19% Treatment
Around 23 percent of your bill is spent on system operations at the Adams Field and Fourche Creek treatment plants.

11.43% Capital Improvements
Improvements to the collection system, pump stations, transportation equipment, general plant, wastewater treatment plant and unsewered areas represents about 11 percent of your bill.

19.13% Debt Payments
About 19 percent of the money you pay goes to make principal and interest payments for State Revolving Loans from 1990, 1991, 1996 and 1999; the 2001 and 2005 Sewer Bond and future bonds and loans for unsewered areas, improvements in the Adams Field Treatment Plant, and city wide collection system.
