Pete Hornibrook has worked at Rector Phillips Morse for the last 33 years, primarily with investments, commercial and retail leasing. He is owner/ principle of a real estate firm, which deals primarily with commercial, property management, residential, and sales and development. Mr. Hornibrook is the current Chairman/ President/ CEO/ Principle Broker of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

His service is noted by his awards and appointed positions he has held in the past. Mr. Hornibrook has won the Sales and marketing Executive International of Distinguished Sales Award. He has served on/with the Real Estate Security and Syndication Institute, the Urban Land Institute panel for the redevelopment plan for mid-town (Little Rock, AR), is the Past President of the Board of the Directors of United Cerebral Palsy, Past Chairman of Riverbend Recovery Center, Inc., Past Chairman of the Board Member of Central AR Substance Abuse Programs, Inc., Past Chairman of the Civil Service Commission, Governor appointment to Alcohol and Drug Abuse Coordinating Council, and is a current member of the National Association of Realtors, the Little Rock Civilian Police Academy, the Little Rock Board of Realtors and the Greater Little Rock Chamber of Commerce.

His current term with the Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee expires: August 1, 2013
